Since 1998 I have broad experience with IT and Telecommunications as a Country Manager Customer Support, CTO, IT Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Service Manager, Implementation Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner, and led (but also have been part of) several agile and multidisciplinary teams.
I have a broad knowledge of and experience with leading a department or a team in various phases of a project: research and analysis, design and modeling, realization and development, quality assurance and testing, delivery and deployment, implementation and service and support.
I am able to quickly adopt new business strategies, methodologies and techniques, and therefore highly flexible and employable. I have often been involved development, implementation and integration projects.
I have great affinity with digital transformation and innovation, and also with customer management and with both business and technology partners. I am known as a spontaneous and social personality and a real team player.
As a people manager I am experienced in training and coaching, inspiring and motivating, and public speaking on a weekly basis. Since 2008 I am leading a location of a non-profit organization with more than 2000 members.
